Met with assistant manager who oversees host/hostesses and bussers for ten minutes, got a call back that day and scheduled an interview with the general manager, interviewed with her for around 15 minutes, got a call back that day offering a position.

Thorough and thoughtful interview process. Asked eveerything on my resume from school, projects, previous jobs. Be ready for examples of conflict resolution and customer service tasks if any experience. They check references so please hve good sources ready.

It was in person, nothing too difficult was asked when interviewing. You should still properly prepare for it, but honestly, just rehearsing it on your own is enough to ace it.
