Initial contact was approximately one year ago. Position was contract (to permanent) to assist the Bookkeeping/Accounting process. The environment was casual and informal. I met with 2 of the 4 Executive Officers. The pre-screen and interview process was direct and explicit in terms of their work objectives and job description. I started immediately without the direct approval and consent of the owner of the company. Overall it was a positive experience. I feel I brought the skills and experience to complete my first year with this organization. I did not anticipate (interoffice) electronic order conversations that have taken place during my tenure. It altered my original expectations and of my responsibilites (from initial intierview). Also, current workload has slowed from a year ago.
