I was connected to Marty and Denise through a web-based job site. They scheduled a full-day interview with me so that I could meet with numerous team members. It was a great chance to meet the team and learn about the company and give them a chance to learn about me.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at The Resource Group (Renton, WA) in Feb 2010
Interview
The hiring process from initial communication to first day on the job took 6 weeks. There was a single phone interview, which lasted about an hour, and then there was one interview on-site with various members of the team. I interviewed with 7 people, and the process took a full day. My only complaint was that the process from beginning to end took a very long time in my opinion.

Question 1
None - very 'standard' interview process. There were no 'trick' questions, and the entire team was very friendly.
