1. Vetting call with HR - excellent introduction to the company, what they were looking for, and a few questions for me.
2. Teams call with potential manager, and their manager - good conversation, good questions. Lasted maybe 45 minutes. Was very two way, not rapid fire style. Engaging.
3. Face to face with potential manager and their boss - given a scenario, and asked some questions around how I'd respond, react, etc. Was 30 minutes left alone to work in my responses, then another 30 minutes to play those response back. Again, very conversational, some very good questions.
Overall, an excellent interview, where I felt that they'd got everything they needed to know out of me. I'll be using that format when I interview people in future - it put me under enough pressure, but gave them a chance to see how I'd really react and respond.
I enjoyed the interview process from start to finish - felt that I could definitely work with this company.
