Interview
The interview process was clear and moved relatively quickly. I had three rounds of interviews including with people who reported to the position. The last round was with the CEO. The offer was made formally in writing.

Question 1
I was given a writing exercise and had 24 hours to complete it, which I thought was fair. I also had to share examples of my success from past experience. The last round was the most challenging because they asked me to think about what kind of strategy was needed for the organization in the future.
