I went through about 4 rounds of interviews total and ended up not getting the job due to not being a “fit” with the brand whatever that means. Really thought the interviews went really well until I was told by an external recruiter that I was not selected. I didn’t receive any other feedback. The people I met were very nice. Would have appreciated some level of transparency and/or a personal touch point with the company itself after investing so much time in the interview process. Unfortunately it was an external recruiter that told me I wasn’t selected and didn’t have any concrete feedback to share.

Question 1
Experience related, motivations for wanting the role. Very laid back and not super formal which was nice.
Easy, in person interview. Met in the office, two rounds with manager and director. Both were super kind, questions were not surprising or unexpected just based on experience, facts, numbers, etc.
