The Royal Standard interview questions

Very unorganized and little communication during and after the process. Realized that this retailer couldn't decide if they were a large or small business. Questions were the normal cookie cutter retail interview questions.

Phone Interview followed by in-person/skype conference with corporate office, followed by 2nd in person in Baton Rouge, LA at Corporate office. Had to submit to a background screen. No drug testing. Two weeks from start of process to hire date.
