      Application

I applied in-person. I interviewed at The Salvation Army (Bremerton, WA) in Nov 2012

      Interview

The company is friendly especially during the interview process. The interviews were completed with the interviewer asking one question then each person at the table giving their responds. Each interviewee could hear other interviewee responds. Some of the questions were opened, I found the style of the questions useful, in sharing how I could benefit the company.
