      Resource Development Manager Interview

      Jul 29, 2020
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at The Salvation Army

      Interview

Applied online, took assessment, received email request to phone interview. Phone interview was a run through of resume, and ask for in person interview. In person interview was with direct supervisor, run through of resume and behavioral questions, afterwards was sent a link to take another assessment which was pretty long. Then asked to come in for a final interview, which was with 4 members of sr leadership. All took turns asking behavioral questions, very formal. Was told that they would make a decision in two weeks, in two weeks I got an email saying it would be another week (by Friday). Late in the day that Friday I received a generic “we chose another candidate “ email. After 3 interviews, 2 assessments and 2 1/2 months of waiting you’d think they’d at least give the courtesy of a phone call.
