I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Salvation Army (Melbourne) in Apr 2016
Interview
It was thorough and overall it was a positive experience. It was my first phone interview which I prefer to be face to face, but that's fine. The questions were somewhat predictable but I have experienced similar interview questions so that probably helped.
