They call you in for an interview (always with 2 managers). Once they decide whether they like you or not, it goes to the board for approval and then to DHQ. If both approve you're called to start the paperwork.

Basic Generic questions. it was more to see personality and cultural matches rather than actual ability to fulfill the job description. Not a very professional interview and very off of the top of the head from the interviewer. You leave the interview not knowing where it went or what they were truly looking for in your answers
