      MIT Interview

      Oct 27, 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Kansas City, MO
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at The Salvation Army (Kansas City, MO) in Aug 2013

      Interview

Very scattered. Made little sense, took a long time for my background check to get back. They just tell you that they will basically show you what you need to know, and be put on a ninety day probationary period. That way they can fire you without reason, or warning. It was confusing to me, not real professional.
