Straightforward and not much follow up. Was asked about experience and skill set. Interviewed for different role but was offered a different vacant role. Was very informal and a bit unorganized..

Interview
How they treated the candidates is a reflection of the company's brand and culture. There were a lot of red flags during the interactions with the recruiter. First, he arrived late to the interview and did not apologize. Then, he cut me off when I was answering his question and did not let me finish my answer. The last straw was that he ended the interview early without providing a reason. Although he offered to get back to me the following week, he did not follow through despite my follow-up email. This was disrespectful to candidates' time, unprofessional behaviour during the interview, and not accountable for his own commitment. I would not work for a company that allows this kind of unprofessionalism. And I have stopped my donations to this company that mistreats people. This was a huge disappointment!
