The interview process is a multiple-stage process for hiring new employees. The stages mainly comprise job interviews held either one-on-one, with a group of candidates, or with a panel. Interviews are conducted in person, over the phone or by email, or via video conferencing tools.
I applied online. I interviewed at The Salvation Army (Sutton, ON)
Interview
Phone interview was selected after an online email application process. A time was selected and agreed upon. Then wait till agreed time and interviewer called in a few minutes. This is a straightforward process in my opinion.
