Interview starts of by self introduction and goal to be attained from the job. Management will then offer two to three workplace scenario to assess your problem-solving skills and principle in your related field of practice. Terms and benefits will be discussed later on by HR assistant but feel free to ask at the end of the interview

Interview was conducted very professionally and interviewer (1 to 1) was easy to talk to and almost felt like a discussion as opposed to just an interview. They really took the time to answer my questions and as the residential setting is known to be tough, quite a few of the questions focused on my ability to manage in such a setting.
