They look about two weeks to get back to me after I applied online. I did the interview over Skype because I was out of the country. Both the manager and assistant manager were there and they were very nice and approachable. The whole process took about 20-30 minutes, although it went by fast. They decided to hire me when I cam back to the States.

Question 1
What would you do if they're was a customer needing help in addition to a delivery person coming in to drop off items?
Multiple rounds, friendly interviewers. I had a phone interview first, then an in-person with the store manager. The last round was another phone interview, this time with the district manager
The interview was super relaxed but very professional. They didn't expect me to "know everything," instead they emphasized a willingness to learn and work as a team. It was very reassuring and I got a great vibe from both the manager and assistant manager.

Application was online and simple. We set up an interview with the SM and then set up a second interview with the DM. Sometimes they will combine these into one interview.
