First call was with HR was ok , at the beginning she saw her interest on the profile and all the blabla those HR say at the first interview, the process is so fast and continue describing the company like Heaven in the earth,..... second round was with QA manager (this guy was arrogant) and Engineer manager (this guy was nice). 3rd round was test that i spend several night working on it and coding , documentation and everything. i submit it. i receive no answer from them. they disappears. i send an email to the QA manager again no answer from him. after several email i receive an automated email saying that i am not matching the position.
