Resume submission. Initially a set of screening questions were sent by HR via email. A virtual phone screen was scheduled by HR and conducted by the hiring manager. Next was the onsite panel interview that included representatives from various departments. A site facility tour was also provided by one of the organization's representatives. Finally, HR followed up with a final interview. Job offer was sent by HR.
I was told that it would be a 90 minute interview with the hiring manager. It turned out it was a technical interview (which HR had not mentioned) and it lasted 5 hours. Then I went on to have a supposed 30 minute interview with HR, which was actually a 3 minute call from them asking if I would accept a lower salary. They tried to schedule me for a full day on-site panel interview (6-9 hours) but I declined.

The Associate Director is very kind but is mostly just asking what you know. Basically just testing your knowledge which is fair. However, just kept asking about old responsibilities and not the more relevant/recent ones. Strictly knowledge and not behavioral/situational questions.
