Therapy Stores interview questions

Incredibly strange and off-putting vibes from this whole experience. Started with a phone interview that felt more like a casual conversation about shared interests with the hiring manager than an interview. Was invited for an in-person interview the following week. Many of the interview questions were repeated between the phone and in-person interview. Seemed like the interviewer forgot most of what we'd discussed before. Lots of discussion about how Therapy Stores is like a "family" ("oh, but we have boundaries!"). Talked extensively with the hiring manager about the details of hiring, training, and my upcoming availability. I was told I would receive an email "within a few hours." I received a rejection letter the next morning. I would advise anyone applying to not get your hopes up until the offer is right in front of you.
