Interview with DM. Very fairly easy interview process. Very customer service based and what would you do type situations. They were looking to fill the role rather quickly as the store was an absolute mess. But it was a good process overall.
Easy Peasy! They really want to know how you are under pressure. Single coverage happens, how can you handle multiple people? Customer service based questions. Plenty of chances to ask questions about the structure of the business

If you do not pass there personality assessment even if you are qualified you don't get the job. You have to be accountable for a store a team but you have to work all alone. How do evaluate your team when you do not work with them only 2 to 3 hours a week? You're not a manager you are a sales associate.

Are you okay working alone? How will you keep your employees accountable when you won't see them? If you don't make your sales what will you do to turn it around? If you had three customers how would you handle them and your engraving orders while being alone?
