Thomas Polise Consulting Engineer interview questions

My interviewer didn't really seem put together because he was late for the interview himself. Didn't really ask any questions about my experience just talked about the position. I asked most of the questions because I was interested in the position before I arrived. Also the entire company is made up of only men. They only had two women sitting at the front desk. Not a diverse or exciting office at all.

Come to the office 30 minutes early, firstly, a senior engineer gave the AutoCAD test, then he will evaluate it. After that, one project manager gave the 30 minutes interview, question like how to defined energy saving building, do you have FE or PE certificate, and what's five years plan, etc. after that, another project manager gave the similar interview, ask similar question.
