    Past Behavioural Question, very professional and organized. First interview was with the Human Resources and the second interview was with my functional manager at the time. Each interview lasted for about an hour. With discussions about the culture of the company and expectations from the role.

    Introduction on Linked in. 5-10 min phone intoduction and brief interview, formal application online and resume review on Linked in, background check and coordination through an employee refferal, Linked in detailed information exchange on experience, technical strength and career plan, and scheduled a interview on e-mail taking a month. 1:1 interview within a week, group interview within 4 days, offer sent in 7days. Recieved for offer review and comments in 3 days, recieved revised offer in 3 days. Joined after 20 days.
