I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Thrivent (Chicago, IL) in May 2017
Interview
The interview was easy. It ws all personality based. I am an entry level worker and nothing was asked directly about my experience. Every single question was geared towards getting a sense of my personality
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Thrivent (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Multiple round interviews. Initially met with the marketing directors, then came on-site for live interviews. Final interviews were over the phone. Nothing technical, more mindset focused, making sure you are a right fit for the team.

Question 1
Can you fill out your top 300 contacts in a business planning workbook?
It was pretty casual, asked me questions more about personality than technical skills. The process took around four interviews, where I met with a singular guy at first and then with a team.
Very easy going process that was made easier by great people. They are really testing to see how good your soft skills are and your ability to communicate with people.
