Applied online and received an email a few days later about setting up a phone interview with human resources. A week later the phone interview took place, which was easy. The first question they asked was about pay. Found out in the interview, they pay $10k-$15k less regional average (typical non-profit). For an entry level position, they want to pay someone $30k or less = not for me! They mentioned, next steps would be a week later and heard nothing for 2 weeks, got a denial letter via email.
