      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Thrivent

      Interview

My second interview was with the team and was uncomfortable, partly because there was very little validation or reaction every time I answered their questions. Still, I liked the position and the team, and I left the interview with promises of a timeline for hearing back on next steps. Unfortunately, however, even after I followed up several times, I heard very little for nearly a month. I understand the nature of the job market right now and how busy it is for recruiters and hiring managers. I just wish there was more respect and consideration for candidate's time with maybe just some simple communication!

      Question 1

Can't recall specific questions from second interview. There were some scenario questions and direct questions about prior positions.
