Thunderbird Partnership Foundation interview questions

They asked me to do a presentation for them on a hypothetical project, and then after, I had an interview with 3 women online. The whole thing took 3 hours.

The first interview was an hour-long interview with the agency who works with the non-profit. After two weeks I was invited to a full panel interview with staff. The full interview was 2 hours long and full of intense questions. I was told that for next steps, if advancing, I would be completing a written assessment. A month has passed and I hadn't heard back, so I may have been ghosted. This likely is an issue with the agency, and not the non-profit necessarily.
