Interview
I met with cheryl and amanda and it was an amazing heartfelt interview process. First it was just HR and Head of Legal then after I met at a round table with all finance and I really loved speaking to everyone on the team.

Typical on the spot questions revolving around my reasons for joining tides.
I did my interview through a recruiting firm with head of HR and Head of Law. It was smooth, they were genuine yet typical on the spot routine where they feel out your character to see if youre a good fit and how you deal with critical thinking problems.
