Interview
There was one phone interview with a recruiter that is very brief just the basic background get to know you and make sure your qualifications check out. Then you move onto two video ring central interviews. One with the department buyer and one with the head of the department.
The initial interview was over Zoom. The staff interviewing me were very personal and down to earth - felt more like a casual conversation. However I thought it went well, but I never heard back.

Interview
They accepted that I wanted to change departments. My current supervisor gave me glowing reviews and I really wanted to be on the buying side. They asked me pretty average interview questions and I just kept telling them how willing and passionate I was.
