The one on one interview was pleasant. The CEO interviewed me for the position, asking typical interview questions as well as what kind of stories I would pursue. He was very interested to hear how I would contribute to the team's process.

Interview
They called me in and asked me questions. I was a little taken off guard because they'd internally promoted someone to the role that I applied for and that person was one of the interviewers. It was OK though.
