Tinker Federal Credit Union interview questions

I received an invitation for a phone interview quickly after applying with the hiring manager. This interview was very conversational, but did include structured interview questions, and lasted about 45 minutes. I was invited to an in-person interview approximately one week later with the hiring manager and their next level leader/VP. This was about 45 minutes and consisted of structured, typical interview questions. Overall a positive experience with the exception of being told they would follow up with me on a decision and I never heard back. I know I was turned down since the position was filled, but never had any notification. Maybe a gap in the process or miscommunication.

In person interview was very short . Questions were easy and expected. The Phone interview was way more detailed and informative. The process was easy but seemed they already had a hire in mind.
