I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Toboggan Labs in Jul 2025
Interview
Was contacted over LinkedIn by a recruiter, although I didn't notice the message until a few months later. They have a "spontaneous application" option on their site, so I sent my resume through that way, as it's been a few months since they contacted me, and the recruiter immediately got back to me, and we scheduled a screening call. In the end, the recruiter didn't decide to continue the process, but they were very nice and approachable during the entire screening call which was about 30 mins or less.
