I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Toggle in Nov 2024
Interview
Three calls: two with co-founders, one with a team lead. Trivial stuff: talk about your experience, and one leetcode super easy. Sent an informal (yet remarkable) offer shortly thereafter, though lacking lots of details (no paperwork). When I asked some clarifying questions about the offer and asked to connect with team members, they retracted the offer the very next day! This says a lot about the culture and not having a single call with a potential team member is worrisome, do they have any? Before accepting, try to talk to former workers if you can't speak with the current ones.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Toggle (London, England) in Nov 2023
Interview
The interview process begins with a relaxed, informal chat to assess personality fit. Successful candidates advance to the second round, facing a series of technical questions focused on Golang proficiency.
Unfortunately, despite not receiving an offer, the negative experience stemmed from the lack of feedback post-interview. Despite repeated requests, there was no response regarding the interview performance.
Similarly, the frustration extended to the inadequate provision of compensation details. Despite repeated inquiries, a comprehensive breakdown of compensation was not provided, adding to the overall dissatisfaction with the process.
