    Interview process was pretty quick. I received an email about 2 days after I applied online asking me to do a interview over the phone. Phone interview was only about 20 minutes. The questions were pretty basic about my experience in sales and why I think Tom James was a good fit for me. I scheduled a second phone interview but another opportunity came up that I accepted so I canceled.

    Several field rides in various cities to connect with the local representatives. The interview goes both ways and they are very candid with candidates. Realistic expectations are given throughout the process. Candidates get to meet everyone in the office and see how each person works as well as attend office morning training meetings.

    I met a recruiter at an interview and proceeded to have two phone interviews. The first one was strange because the first recruiter coached me to succeed in my second interview. After this they fly you out to the office of your choice to shadow the salespeople for a day.
