Interview
1. Phone & email screening from HR recruiting
2. Zoom interview with 2 executive directors
3. Follow up from HR recruiting via email
Overall the interview process was extremely straightforward and traditional. It was great to speak with two directors. The HR team did a great job following up and answering my logistical questions.
You will have to make it through at least3 separate interviews- all very different but with relevant individuals who are very open and insightful. You definitely need to have a great positive energy and good knowledge of the industry to make it through!
