About three weeks ago, I had an interview for a backend engineer position with christian wilmanns, the Director of Technology & Engineering and two other junior developers. To my knowledge, my skillset and experience is way more than what they needed for the role. The technical interview was very good and the meeting atmosphere was very friendly. After the interview, Christian told me that I will inform you about the result in a day or two, but Unfortunately I haven't beard back from them since then. I even emailed him twice but there's no answer. I don't care about the position since I got a better offer at another company, but I just wanted to share my experience with this tactless company which to their false statements, do really care about morality and it's culture.
