The talks went well however personally I think they were a bit dishonest about what they were looking for or failed to communicate it properly. For example if your job ad states you're looking for a remote employee and then you tell an applicant that you want some on site presence, that's dishonest. Just like if your job ad mentions a lot of frontend technologies but then it turns out you're looking for somebody who has more backend experience, that's likewise dishonest or just poorly communicated.
