Topps Company interview questions

I would not accept a job at Topps based on the experience I had during the interview process, and would not look to apply for other roles here in future.

First stage interview was with internal recruitment department, then was told I was up for second interview and design task. Took that as guaranteed; but told the designer was on holiday so design task was given first. Given a very basic brief of ‘design a champions league card in the style of noir’. Got feedback the afternoon after submitting saying no interview because of the design task outcome despite lack of brief. Feedback was rude
