Got call from HR. Interview scheduled on time. HR was very unprofessional. Sent email,SMS, called on Phone asking for feedback but got no reply. Interview Process - 2 Rounds 1st Round Technical Senior programmer took - Java Basic - Cleared 2nd Round Technical - Architect took - I am an Architect myself. I know what I am speaking on. Interviewer was finding it so difficult to frame the questions. I was expecting some architect/design level questions to test my skill. Interviewers should be given training on how to take interviews for senior people. I answered all questions but was dissapointed with the process.

Quick phone screen with recruiter, video conference with technical manager. You must be well prepared and know well yourself. They wanted to understand what I'd done in the past and how I would approach the project.
