I interviewed for this role that was passed on to me, I thought the pay was too low and not competitive at all.
I tried to renegotiate the salary but they said it was non negotiable so I politely turned it down.

Interview
The interview process for the Data Protection Apprentice role at Torus consists of two rounds. The first round focuses on competency-based questions, and there is also a task to assess attention to detail. After the first interview, I was informed that there would be a second round. Although it wasn’t mentioned initially, the second round turned out to be a more casual conversation where we discussed the team and the role in detail. However, they also asked some behavioral questions during this stage.

They asked me a lot of competency based questions and also about torus and the role...there was also a (attention to detail) task that was given.
2 stages, including a teams 30 min call and a in person presentation on a high performing service desk. Communication was dreadful after the interview. Even after following up, I received no feedback back or communication from the managers in the interview or hr
