The interview was at an outlet position and the interviewer was really kind and sweet. They asked a bit situational questions and want to get to know more about me. They knew it was my first job and asked if I'm organized.

The interview process is straightforward and intimate. It lasted about 10 minutes and the questions ranged from personal to company knowledge. There was not a second interview for my position.

Interview
I got interviewed three times by assistant and general managers. They like to get a good feel for a person's character and how they interact with different people. For a seasonal position, they like a flexible schedule.
