Phone interview, it starts with the company culture, Asked various questions regarding previous employers, on How you would handle certain situations, and asked about any background knowledge about sales or relevant experience

Quick interview with assistant manager, pleasant and easy, told me what to expect, and when I would start. It was a seasonal job. Introduced me to the others and explained the app and payroll.
The interview process was intermediate but fair and I ended getting the position after the second interview which I was excited about. I received a call from the hiring manager and was offered the position
