Tosoh America interview questions

1. Screening with a recruitment agency; 2. Interview with HR (simple experience verification and biographical questions); 3. Interview with Hiring Manager (biographical, technical and competency questions); 4. Meeting with the Product Management and Marketing Team. 20-minute mock sales presentation and Q&A. Overall, an easy and straightforward process. Not many challenging/situational questions. The interviewing team was very supportive along the way. The preparation for the interviews/presentation took over 20 hours - plan ahead as you need to research the company's unique products, applications, put together nice slides. The most disappointing was the lack of any feedback or even a courtesy call/message from the Tosoh Bioscience Hiring Manager after a long preparation and making it to the final round of interviews.

It was a phone interview and they tested both technical and HR related stuff. They kindly introduced themselves and started with the generic question "tell us about yourself". After that they went over my resume and asked how much experience I have and what I specifically did with those techniques. Additionally, they asked questions how I work independently in the past. Overall, it was a pleasant phone interview and they told me that they would let me know if they decide to invite me for an on-site interview.
