Total Primary Care interview questions

I did not like the interview process. The interview medical staff were cold, nonchalant, and very uninterested. I have spoken with other NPs that have worked/interviewed with them, and just as other companies who are headed by MCO (manage care organizations) instead of providers, they have no clue about day to day work of providers. AVOID these types of companies. The are more concerned with profits (to pay investors) than they are with patient care. This also usually involved liberal prescriptions of controlled substances. Also makes sure you ask about pay structure too. The advertised salary is based on pay for seeing a ton of patients.
