Process happened rather quickly and it’s more about your experience working with autistic kids. They will also ask some hypothetical questions but just let your personality show. They just want to know if you would be able to hand difficult situations.

Super duper quick and easy. There was one phone call that was then followed by a zoom interview. Interviewer called back immediately. I was hired within a week of applying.
