Interview
When I applied for my first job at a large corporation, it was TotoGaming. The application process was quite extensive, and the hiring procedure took a total of one and a half months. Throughout the process, I went through four rounds of interviews. Although the interviews were moderately challenging, the atmosphere was professional and not unnecessarily tense. The initial interview was conducted online, and since I am a sociable person, I viewed the online interview as a drawback due to certain limitations.

Interview
Oh, I'd love to share my thoughts on the two main things that really impressed me about TotoGaming.Firstly, I was pleasantly surprised by their serious approach towards employee reception. They take each step with utmost professionalism, ensuring that only qualified professionals are added to their team. While this may not be a pleasurable process for job candidates, it definitely yields great results in the end, in terms of having a team of qualified professionals. The second aspect that caught my attention is the absence of micromanagement. Unlike other workplaces, there's no feeling of being under constant watch or scrutiny. You're free to do your work without feeling like you're in the army or prison. It's not about keeping track of how many times you coughed or sipped coffee, but about finishing your tasks on time with quality output. This is exactly what I had been looking for.
