The interview LiOwenborg didn’t give me a good impression during my 30 mins screening teams call, it feels like she had done over 100 interviews for this paternity leave cover search and was fed up. The interview process was vague and boring and she was like tell me about yourself what you’ve done and she didn’t even bother introduce herself or the brand or the company at all, she assume you should know all other. I’ve had plenty of interviews and all recruiters are very friendly and polite at least they introduce themselves, ask what you know about the brand and then they add a bit more information about the company me the role you’re applying for, with li at Totome it was purely a one way street. I knew I didn’t proceed to the next next and tbh I also lost interest in the proceedings in the role and a the excitement was gone!
