Firstly, I had to pass online tests and then they arranged an online interview. I had an interview with HR person from America. Connection was bad, line was constantly buzzing and it wasn't pleasurable at all.

expected salary, previous experience and education
It took around 60 minutes. There were 2 test, one for English language and one for Windows basic Knowledge. The interviewer was wonderful, really enjoyed the testing. She asked a lot of really good questions, so far one of the best interviews I had.
