Toxic work environment with overwhelming workload

Pros

Good for a month before you can run to another job.

Cons

The work environment is extremely poor, with little regard shown for employees. Staff are routinely expected to handle excessive workloads while receiving only minimal compensation. Customer satisfaction has noticeably declined, resulting in frequent frustration directed at frontline employees. Employee turnover is very high, with many experienced team members leaving as soon as they find alternative opportunities. Much of the support function has been outsourced, and ongoing connectivity issues among external agents often leave additional responsibilities falling on the remaining staff. Work-life balance is virtually nonexistent. Even on scheduled days off, employees are frequently contacted via WhatsApp and asked to come into work or change shifts to compensate for chronic understaffing. Overall, the company appears to rely heavily on employees covering staffing shortages rather than addressing the underlying issues.
