Felt looped in and understood assignments during the interview tasks. Felt appropriate for my role and level. From start to finish with the recruiter and colleague interviews felt welcome and that they were interested in getting to know me and my experience.
They sent a long email with information about hiring process, summary of what they do, history of the company and about their values. The email said they will ask questions about the Trainline values and how the candidate has demonstrated them in their professional or personal life. However, none of these values were discussed in the end. In the first stage it was difficult to ask questions as they only wanted to discuss their own questions.
