Worst HR. They won’t receive your calls, they won’t schedule rounds. Not even one voice call over a period of 45 days, and then suddenly the mail that you’re not selected. Guys, we are not dying to hear from you, but at least have some basic courtesy to have a word with the person you’re considering!

3 rounds, rigorous questions. Basic knowledge, Guesstimates, White board problem solving (design a feature).
Be prepared to know about A/B testing, metrics. Especially for the white board design type cases have a structure, don't ramble. Best to practice before going to such interviews.
